Return Policy

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something doesn't work out, we're here to help! We want to make it easy for you to make changes if needed. Here's our return policy:

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or the item(s) cannot be returned. We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment for non-final sale items when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the original order date. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We also accept returns for online credit for non-final sale items when postmarked within 21 calendar days from the date you place your order. If 21 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Items purchased with a 30% or more discount are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.  Items purchased with a discount less than 30% will be returnable for online credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached and be in the original packaging. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smell of smoke, pet hair or other similar product stains or odors will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping charges. 

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

Accessories, including but not limited to, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories blush panties and hats are not returnable.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Food items

To complete your return, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) with reason for return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as you will not receive a refund or online credit.

Refunds & Processing Times (if applicable)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please ensure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It can take up to two weeks to fully process your return and reimbursement. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.  

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our limited quantities and high demand, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
